YOUR PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

Effective September 5, 2026

Brand Spring (“Brand Spring,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through brandspring.ca or provided to us during a business inquiry.

1. Information we collect

When you use our contact form, we may collect your name, business name, email address, telephone number, website or social-media URL, service interests, message and marketing-consent choice. We may also receive ordinary technical information generated by our hosting provider, such as an IP address, browser type, timestamps and security logs.

2. How we use information

3. Consent and marketing communications

Submitting an inquiry allows us to respond about that inquiry. Promotional email consent is optional and is not required to contact us. Marketing messages will identify Brand Spring and provide a way to unsubscribe. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by using an unsubscribe method in the message or emailing us.

4. How information is stored and shared

Contact-form submissions are delivered to our Gmail account, and website information may be processed by our website hosting and email service providers. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers working on our behalf, where required by law, or in connection with a business transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Some service providers may process information outside Ontario or Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of another jurisdiction.

5. Retention

We may retain inquiry and prospective-customer information for future sales follow-ups while there is a reasonable business or legal need. We periodically review retained information and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer reasonably required, except where continued retention is required by law or needed to maintain consent, unsubscribe, transaction or dispute records.

6. Safeguards

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Access, correction and deletion requests

You may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent, unsubscribe, or request deletion, subject to applicable legal exceptions. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

8. Cookies and analytics

At the effective date of this policy, the Brand Spring website does not intentionally use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Essential technical data may still be generated by the website host. If we add analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and provide any consent controls required by law.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
