Start with business priorities

Do not begin with an empty calendar and ask what to post. Begin with what the business needs this month: promote a seasonal service, fill appointments, introduce a new offer or strengthen trust. Those priorities give the calendar direction.

Use four dependable content pillars

Build a sustainable schedule

Three strong posts each week are better than daily filler followed by silence. Assign a pillar to each publishing day, gather several photos or videos at once, and write captions in batches. Leave room for timely updates rather than scheduling every slot weeks ahead.

Measure what matters

Track saves, profile visits, website clicks, messages and qualified inquiries. Reach is useful, but it is not the final goal. At the end of the month, keep the formats that moved customers closer to action and replace the ones that did not.

Easy monthly frameworkPlan twelve posts: three educational, three proof-based, three human or community posts, and three direct offers.
